Q: What are your office hours?
A: We are open Moday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm
Q: Can we collect directly from your showroom?
A: Yes, you can arrange to collect from 10:30am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and from 8:30am until 12:30pm on Saturdays. We also are open during lunch hours. If possible please phone in advance of your collection so that we can have your order ready for you.
Q: Do you deliver equipment and how much does it cost?
A: Yes we can deliver and collect from your address. The charge for this service depends on the length of journey; please ask for exact prices from our office. A minimum charge for transport applies and will vary on location
Q: How long does the hire period last?
A: Our standard price covers 48 hours (or a weekend) and we would be delighted to quote for longer periods
Q: At what stage do we have to pay for the hire and what methods of payment are there?
A: Payment is due before the hire commences and payment can be by credit card, laser card, cheque or cash
Q: What notice do I have to give?
A: The more notice you give us the better able we are to have all the items you require for a particular day. Please contact the office for queries for your particular date and quantities.
Q: Is three phase electricity needed for your equipment?
A: No, all of our equipment operates on standard 13 amp power and three pin plugs
